The washing plate adopts a computer touch screen control system, with automatic pressure positioning, automatic solvent constant temperature, automatic replenishment and discharge of solvents, high-pressure air jet and other devices. The hydrophilic part of the washing machine is made of 304# stainless steel plate. The pressure adjustment adopts a computer fine-tuning device to be more precise. The pressure range can be set as small as 0.1mm, which is suitable for printing various plates of any thickness. The brush is made of high-quality nylon wire. The plate washing is a round brush + flat brush staggered and rotating movement, and 13 brushes are tapped.

UVC lamp is used as the light source for de-sticking, and a powerful ozone discharge device is installed; a four-layer baking cabinet is installed. The temperature difference across the oven is ±≤4℃, and automatic constant temperature air inlet and exhaust devices are set to ensure uniform wind and temperature, and eliminate ozone in time to speed up the drying speed
